RETURN POLICY

Return in case of defects or size exchange are only valid within 14-Days after the product is received by the customer. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange or refund. Elfi Jewellery will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their exchange or refund within 14 days after the confirmation.

How long does the delivery usually takes? 
  • Peninsular Malaysia : 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days
  • Sabah / Sarawak / Labuan : 1 (one) to 5 (five) working days
Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Kindly send an email to our customers service email at elfijewellery@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the order cancellation.

Orders that are already in shipping or shipped cannot be cancelled.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How to clean our jewellery at home?

2 ways to clean your jewellery at home

  • Using toothpaste

This is a classic, easy DIY silver cleaning recipe. Use non-gel and non-abrasive toothpaste. Squeeze a small amount of it on a soft cloth or paper handkerchief. Rub onto the jewellery or silverware with circular motions to polish it and clean off the tarnish. Leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse off the toothpaste with water.

  • Using Baking Soda Powder

Prepare a thick paste from baking soda and lukewarm water. Apply it onto the tarnished spots with a damp cloth. Leave it for 2-3 minutes then gently rub with soft cloth. Don’t rub too hard to avoid scratching the surface. If there are small details or crevices use soft toothbrush to reach and clean them. Rinse your jewellery with cold water and dry with soft cloth.

  • Clean and polish with soft cloth/microfibre cloth
  • Keep away from strong chemicals
  • Avoid contact with chlorine/sea water
  • Take off when working out
  • Store your jewellery in the ziplock and box
  • Remove before sleeping
